The Monster In The Mirror was a b horror movie that was filmed in 1988 and lost forever due to a mysterious fire that was started by an unknown assailant at the movie studio where the director was editing the film.
The director somehow survived the fire, but unfortunately he suffered numerous fourth, and fifth degree burns. After the incident the director was never seen out in public again, and after his suicide in 1993 the master tapes for the films soundtrack were found at his estate in Malibu.
The Bizarre circumstances that surround the film, the director, and his death has led many to speculate that some sort of foul play was involved. Some have even theorized that the Illuminati or some kind of crazed cult had a hand in these events.

The only thing known about the film is this brief synopsis from a horror magazine published in 1987:"Edward is a loner. He loves horror movies, and heavy metal, but on his way home from an all night monster movie marathon, he gets attacked by some sort of creature, and the horror becomes all too real for him... Is he slowly going insane, or is he literally becoming a monster?"
